Standard Apple terms

Potions Purr: Witch's Shop is licensed to you under Apple's standard license agreement for apps (the "standard EULA"). Read it here: Apple Standard End User License Agreement. We do not add custom license terms.

Ads and in-app purchases

The game is free to play, with ads and optional in-app purchases: removing ads, coin packs, boosters and cosmetic items such as flask skins. There is no subscription. Purchases are processed by the store, and you can restore the ones you own. Coins and boosters are for use in the game only and have no cash value.

Refunds and the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Please ask them, using the App Store or Google Play help for your purchase.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes go to the courts of Lisbon. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

Out-of-court dispute resolution: CNIACC, the consumer dispute centre in Lisbon. You can also use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico. TODO(legal review): confirm that CNIACC and the Livro de Reclamações apply to this publisher
